Food

Food is the most important thing that helps us to grow. The morning breakfast is the most important food of all that we eat. There are different types of food like cereals , pulses, vegetables and fruits. Rice and wheat are cereals. Dals are pulses.Junk foods are bad for health. Vegetables are common in India. Everyone needs food to live. We can’t eat the same food if given every-day yet we have to eat what is given to us. If we eat junk food all the time we will become fat and get diseases like diabetes. If we drink milk before we go to bed we will get more healthy the next day. Elder people should not also force children to eat food. We should not waste food.
